Important:

  • Bring your Motorbike keys, the Bike registration documents, service book and finance documents (if financed) to the inspection appointment.
  • Remove all your personal belongings from the Bike prior to the appointment.

This is only a rough guide and the exact value of your Bike - taking extras and condition into account - needs to be assessed by one of our partners. For this reason it is necessary that you visit one of our nationwide partners closest to you with your Bike.

After the free initial valuation of your Motorbike, you can directly arrange an appointment online. You can also arrange an appointment via phone with one of our partners closest to you. Once you have completed the valuation of your Motorbike, we will email you the contact details of our partner closest to you.

Important:

  • Please remember to remove all personal items from the Motorbike before the date of your visit.

The assessment of your Bike will take about half an hour. During the appointment, your Motorbike will examined at multiple levels. During a short test drive of the Bike with you present the basic functioning of your Motorbike will be checked. A technical check as well as the review of the Motorbike papers follows. The assessment is completed within about approx. 30 minutes and then you will receive a no-obligation and individual offer for the purchase for your Bike.

After you have completed the valuation of your used Bike and wish to make an appointment for the assessment of your Motorbike, you will be able to select one of our partners closest to you online.

The determination of the residual value of your Motorbike is a complex process. Since sales data for very rare or old models (before 2004) are sometimes difficult to obtain, the pricing process can take a little longer.

Yes, you can. Our partners support you in this difficult time and help you with Bike sales. Please bring your certificate of inheritance, as well as the death certificate of the deceased and other documents of the Motorbike to the appointment.

Yes, you can. Please bring to your appointment the following additional documents:

  • A power of attorney for the sale of the Motorbike in your name signed by a company representative (e.g .: General Manager). This power of sale must include date, place and company stamp of the company and the signature of the company representative
  • A certified copy of the IDs or passports - each of you and the company representatives

Yes, you can sell a financed Motorbike to one of our partners. Simply bring all documents of your financing bank to your assessment appointment so that we can determine the outstanding financing costs. We will deduct the outstanding balance from the purchase price of your Motorbike and take care of the settlement with your bank.

No, our partners require your Bike registration paper in order to purchase your Bike. Without these documents, our partners unfortunately cannot buy your Bike. This does not apply to funded Motorbikes for which the Motorbike registration document is held by the bank.

Our partners will transfer the purchase price after the sale promptly and safely to your bank account. A cash payment is not possible for technical and organisational reasons.

In this case as well you will be able to sell your used Bike to us. We will deduct the outstanding financing costs from the purchase price of your Bike and take care of the settlement of the finance with the bank. If you decide to sell your Bike, you pay the calculated difference between the finance and the purchase price to us by bank transfer.

We keep your personal details confidential, but will share them with the valuation partner once you booked an inspection in order to facilitate the appointment.

We won't give or sell your personal details to third parties. Whenever we send you an e-mail there is also an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Once unsubscribed, you won't hear from us again. Promised.
